Hi all, I hope you are having a great week.
I’m enjoying a natural and productive week after the intensity of last week’s meditation retreat. As usual, taking time away from my “list” has made my work completely manageable. I know what’s important and what is not. I have an intuitive sense for how long something will take. And if I start getting worked up, I slow down. It’s simple.
Tomorrow morning, I’ll be going live on Zoom with a 45-minute webinar I call “Open to Work, Open to Life.” It’s specifically geared for those in work transition.
If you have been let go, recently departed a job, or contemplating a new one, you are in the “in-between.” This period tends to elicit very strong internal states: challenging ones like fear, anxiety, self-doubt and confusion, and positive ones like excitement, adventure and creativity.
Learning how to transform the challenging states into the positive states is the whole key to navigating transition. I’ll share the understanding and tools for you to do this.
Register now to get the link (or the recording afterwards). And please forward to any friends you know who might benefit.
Take care,
Paul
